Tường nhà rơi vãi xuống nền nhà, vợ chồng chị lại phải bỏ tiền ra để làm lại toàn bộ tường nhà.
Theo các chuyên gia, khi mua nhà cũ, người mua sẽ có cơ hội đàm phán, hạ giá căn nhà. Tuy nhiên, khi mua nhà đã qua sử dụng, người mua cần xem xét, tỉ mỉ, thận trọng, cân nhắc trước khi quyết định xuống tiền. Dưới đây là một số lưu ý khi bạn mua nhà cũ.
